For the purposes of this agreement the words “TendersKenya”, “TendersKenya Limited”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to TendersKenya.com and “Site” to materials delivered on www.TendersKenya.com and mobile versions of these websites and software applications derived from these websites for mobile devices.
